Sunny Hunny Soul Weekend

Been dancing since I was 5 years old, I’m now 55 so 50 years Northern Soul Dancing.  You could say all my life. my brother would take me to the local Soul Afternoon on a Sunday after him coming home from Wigan with his Records the local DJ at the time would play them for all the Soulies who would be there on The Sunday Afternoon. I would go the Hinckley All-niter when I was 13 and our local discos and Youth clubs when I was at school. I left school and met Andrew who is also into Northern soul at the time and still is, he does the Collecting and I do the playing we are a great Team. I Go out as a Dancer Winning Prestatyn weekender 2004 and Judging Dance comps at Blackpool Tower.

As a DJ I love to play to the Dance floor playing Northern soul. I love playing ATB Soul Music and even some Ska Mod and Two Tone when I get the chance.

I help run 5 clubs in the UK. 20 years at Hinckley Northern soul, Behind the Groove, Soul Purpose, Boogie nights, The in Crowd. I also play in Spain twice a year and at some of the Top Soul Weekenders in the UK.
