Yes ... you can park at your accommodation units / lodges.

No ... you don't need to bring any bedding!

(As all bedding is supplied & your beds are made up for you)

All electric, heating and hot water is included in the price.

sorry we do not do on-site one night accommodation packages.

Don't forget your Sunny Hunny Soul Weekend starts with the warm-up party from 1pm on Friday afternoon in the motown lounge which is located in the main clubhouse building, hosted by a selection of DJ'S.

Early check-in is available from 1 pm on Friday afternoon, standard check-in from 4pm, check-out 12pm on Sunday (event finishes at 3pm)

£40.00 Deposit per person secures your on site accommodation.

Half board meal packages are available.

Camper and Touring Pitches are available on park.

Payment balances are due from September.

Both sunny hunny & soul family affair are strictly over 18's only.

If you lose your wristband over the weekend you will be charged for a replacement band.

Searles have a NO talc policy.

Parties of 4 or more people are required to stay on park.

PLEASE NOTE, searles stay on park confirmation paperwork & printed copies of weekend/day pass email cofirmations will be required in exchange for your wrist bands on arrival at the soul weekend.
(without this information you may not be admitted to the event)

No refunds will be given for unwanted passes.

Please note that booking and data information will be shared between the party & Searles Leisure Resort.

The promoter will not make any refunds for unwanted passes or bookings that have been made to stay on site at Searles for Sunny Hunny or Family Affair Soul Weekends.

Important, if you decide to upgrade & book the on-site accommodation package that includes weekend passes

(but have already purchased your weekend passes)

Searles will then treat your new on-site booking as a totally separate transaction, refunds will not be made for your original passes. However you will be able to sell these passes on & there will be no admin charge.

The new purchaser will need to produce your original confirmation email & a covering letter from you when they arrive at Searles, If members of your party are arriving separately they will need the booking confirmation number to gain entry to the event or a photo copy of the original confrmation.
