Hi, my name is Mick Jay. I’ve been DJing since 1969. Started at our local youth centre in Grantham 1972 and started doing mobile discos late 70s. I started club DJing, went back to mobile in 1984 til 1994, then back to club DJing til 2006, then I started going back to my favourite music - Northern Soul & Motown. I’ve always been a Motown nut! My Favourite group has to be the Temptations. I’ve been promoting Grantham soul for 13 years now and DJ at many venues up and down the country. I love DJing in the Motown room at Sunny Hunny & get to spin most of my fav tunes. |
