Chris Brown - started Djing in 1974 playing
soul/funk/disco and northern at school youth clubs and friends parties,
notable residences have included The Fish & Duck - Stetham 1980/83,
Hobsons - Cambridge 85-91, resident at Caister Soul Weekender’s 86-91,
Richards Party’s (Yarmouth) since 85, The Real Deal modern soul nights in
Cambridge 1990, “Brilliant” at the Tudor Oaks (A1) from 88-98, and the Ibiza
Soul Week. He has Broadcast his Saturday night soul & dance shows in
Cambridge for over 35 years (currently on Cambridge 105 Radio Saturday
night’s 6-8pm). Chris is happy playing sets across the board from modern soul
and jazz rooms, through to main room house - jazz/funk - anthem & boogie
sets
